8/10 Very good

We had a good stay at Hotel LeLittre. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were very kind and friendly. The neighborhood was excellent for access to many restaurants, shops and public transport. It also was a fairly quiet hotel for sleeping. We did have a few issues while there. We were looking forward to using the airport transport that was mentioned on the listing, but the rate was much higher than other options and not the rate stated on the site. We also had our room lock fail while at breakfast and we had to wait nearly an hour to be let back into our room. As busy tourists, we were mostly annoyed at the loss of time to our day. There also was a very noisy neighbor one night, which we complained about. The hotel could not get control of them, and they partied loudly until after 1:00 am. Not sure how that might have been handled better? There was really no apology or compensation for our door lock or noisy neighbor which perhaps is just normal procedure for France?? Accept no responsibility? I don't know. As a guest for a week, I would expect a little more concern for our experience. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, the price was high, the location was great. All in all I would recommend.

Clean, friendly staff, good location. Only improvement would be an easier way to get bar service since it's not always staffed.

Great Hotel

We loved the hotel, staff, breakfast, a place to congregate on second floor to go over plans for the next adventure. Rooms were kept tidy and clean daily. Bed super comfortable. Location was great. We will be recommending to all of our friends.

Our 3 night stay at Hôtel le Litrré was lovely. The bed and linnens were very nice, the service exceptional. All the staff were friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to help in every way possibe. Booking dinner reservations, taxis and helping us sort the train lines to our destinations. We will be back! Merci!
