4/10 Fair

First of all - staff were excellent, spoke very good English, and had fantastic customer service skills. Cannot fault the staff here. However, the room was dirty, with stains all over the carpet, plug sockets not up-to-date and very slow charging, hairdryer in bathroom was useless, toilet roll was way too thin, bedding was uncomfortable and was just two single beds pushed together, and the building works being done in the hotel on the lower floors meant that it was not possible to sleep in much beyond 9am. The location and price of this hotel were what drew me to book a room here, but unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here to any tourists looking for a room in Rome.

Friendly staff, good service, sure the hotel show his ages, but for the price is a good choise.

Central area to stay. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast. Area had other dining options. Give it 3.5 out of 5

2/10 Poor

Very old furniture, unclean furniture, broken furniture, malfunction aircondirioner, malodor in room, spotted rugs, bugs in room, some of stuff are nice others are so arrogant. We booked family room since 4 months, when we reached they said doesn't have, so they separated us in 2 rooms which was so hard with kids and un ready luggage for that and even without apologizing. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. Breakfast was good, but last day the ham was old with changed color which caused abdominal pain to my daughter, but the staff at breakfastwas so welcomed. I don't recommend it to anybody.

For what we had planned, for Rome sightseeing, it was a perfect location and easy for Taxi pick-ups…

A great very comfortable and affordable hotel in Prati. No frills, but it was very clean and breakfast was included. The staff was lovely, and it's in a very walkable location in the neighborhood. The top floor rooms even have little balconies with a view of St. Peter's cupola!

I like the hotel. It was definitely old hotel. But I like the location. The hotel was clean. I like the bed. It was not too soft. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The smell was also good. It smelled clean. The problem is only small bathroom and parking was not noted. It was worth the stay. Will stay again.

Very simple property...but covered all the necessities. Clean, nice size room, nice size bathroom and great staff. I appreciate it's a real hotel with 24/7 front desk to help with any needs. Short walk to the Vatican, restaurants and grocery stores. Shout out to Momo Pizza Kebab drop (fantastic food)!!

6/10 Good

Property was run down compared to the pictures— lobby sofas had noticeable rips and tears, hallway carpets had stains, room was okay considering the rest of the place. Was under construction when we went. Best part about the stay was the breakfast and proximity to transportation and restaurants.

Property is under renovation. A lot is going on. Night shift is 5 star colaborators. They try to solve everything as limited as they are. Zone is great. If you are thinking about visiting Vatican City, this is the place. Breakfast is great and staff is better.
