The property was really nice and in a great location—close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was quite small. Aside from that, everything else was great. I truly enjoyed my stay!

We loved the area of this property, it’s about a 20-30 minute walk from tourist areas and about an hour walk to the Eiffel Tower so be prepared to walk or use transportation. Staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was incredible. The sauna is not included in the stay and is an extra fee that requires reservation. Pastries were fresh and tasty each morning.

Hotel Joe M was wonderful! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The bedroom was very clean and super comfortable! Great location and pretty much walkable to most areas in Paris. Will be staying here again on the next trip :)

This was a great property, the thing I like the most was the staff. They were very cooperative as well as ready to help and make sure we had a great stay. We are vegetarians and the front desk lady researched to provide us a couple of good restaurants near by which were great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Two of the three front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. However one of the front desk staff seemed annoyed and scowled when we approached to ask a question. But we only had to interact with her twice. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Nice stay!

This is a cute boutique style hotel in a nice area for restaurants and is very walkable. The staff here is so helpful and pleasant. The rooms are on the small side….. but don’t expect a big room in Paris. They were nice enough to move us to a larger room because the shower was very tight.

Great little oasis in Paris!

Great little spot close to Gare du Nord, very quaint and with amazing staff. Wonderful decor and the beds are some of the best. One downside is some cracked tiles in our bathroom. But it was clean, hospitable and a nice little oasis! Bonus points for having a Franprix (market) across the street!

Four night stay in new year

Nicely located hotel in 9. arrondissementti. Fifteen minutes walk from Gare du Nord and five minutes walk from nearest metro station. Quite a few restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Staff was very friendly and reception was open 24 h. They offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Room was quite small (like everywhere in Paris) and cold because of winter. Rooms were recently been renovated. There wasn’t much storage space and soundproofing was nearly nonexistent. Overall a good hotel with nice location.

Great stay at Joe M. Lively district of Paris. Nice room and staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast lovely. A compact hotel - good value for money. Don’t pay extra for balcony unless very top floor as no view of anything other than the apartments opposite. Good location - walkable to most of the attractions (approx 20) as you see so much more. But is close to multiple Metro stops if required. Overall a pleasant and welcoming experience

Quaint little hotel

Quaint little hotel (just as the pics), my room opened to the roof so no view but the room itself was nice (small but nice). The shower is tiny, mostly because the taps are jutting out more than needed so a little movement and you hit it to close. The basin had issues during my stay which the hotel promptly fixed. The brekkie is not bad and considering there aren't many great options for brekkie around the hotel, I would recommend having it at the hotel.

Hotel is more than decent in every way, a little improvements can be made at all aspects, but overall it is pretty much exactly what it should be for the money (in Paris). Room we stayed in is tired especially bathroom, but I cannot say it was not clean. Breakfast is decent, but again not spectacular, eggs seem to be from thebpowelder and pastries, although tasty feel a like yesterday's. All hotel staff were kind and courteous, we were allowed to check in around midday, which was great. A little annoyance is noise from bin men every morning around 6.30 but that is not quite hotel's responsibility
