The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants and amenities. The view from the room was phenomenal and we loved the bedroom which opened up to the skyline. We watched the NYE fireworks from our living room and balcony and were afforded a view of the entire horizon and the Melbourne cbd fireworks. The drawsides were the bedsheets and lack of pillows, as well as a very slight reduced cleanliness but this appeared to be more of a used and lived in quality. Overall it was a great apartment and I would recommend.

We booked Sky One based on proximity to a festival we were attending in Melbourne. Key element to this was parking for the duration. Confirmed parking two days before arriving but was told parking was only for two days. Staff did resolve this issue, but through much deliberation. The hotel was very tidy and the accommodations were very nice. No blackout curtains on the windows and the airflow noise under the door may bother light sleepers. We asked for trash bags because you have to take the trash to the drop chute, but never received the additional trash bags. Overall it was a nice stay but I will probably not stay there again.

The location was excellent, right next to shopping centre with lots of options, although the traffic to get out of the area is terrible. The property have all the necessary amenities however it was not clean, the carpets were stained quite bad in areas. The sound proofing for the window also wasn’t the best, it can get quite noisy at night. Overall I would say it’s not terrible for the price, but I would avoid it if I have another option.

Smell from the street prevented me to open the window when the air condition gushed out water. I was offered a different room but higher floor which I was not comfortable with, the apartment seemed to need a good cleaning overall. Kitchen had very good appliances but pots and pan need to be replaced. The fact that there is no one over night to contact is really scary. The staffs were friendly and good when they are around. Rooms were good and very spacious. Having space and kitchen is very big plus and the fact that the shops were very close and train stations virtually right next door is a big plus also.ambivalent about coming back. I had to stay here because this is the option I felt for the venue I was going to attend meetings at.

Hotel location is awesome and great! Local to all necessities around. Literally china town. Apartment condition is not so great. Aircon remotes had missing batteries as well as tv remotes so we had to keep taking out batteries to replace each other. Bed sheets not clean, had stains. We also had to relocate to another hotel 1 day before check out due to no hot water and lifts unavailable. We carried all our suitcases from level 5 to our parking in basement 6 I also had a child with me. Reception was always difficult to contact. No compensation was offered besides relocating to another hotel 30mins aways. I honestly would not book here again.

The apartment is well located, very close to Boxhill Shopping centre and central station. We were offered an apartment on 20th floor with good views. Overall the apartment is clean but one of the bathrooms had been very smelly throughout our stay so we had been using only one bathroom for 6 days. Furthermore, I have found the reception exceptionally hard to reach over the phone. We checked out on 8/1/25 and it has been over 20 days that they have not released the safety deposit that was taken on 2/1/25. They answered my call once in 22 days and ignored all my other calls. They falsely claimed that they processed the refund of my safety deposit on 8/1/25 and asked me to speak to my bank for more details. My bank later advised me that this holding funds has not been released by merchant end yet. I have found the communication difficult and inefficient and this is very disappointing.

This is a great property, with a few drawbacks which would make me question returning:
Housekeeping didn't attend - though I was expecting this weekly.
The beds, whilst very comfortable, are made up of two smaller mattresses linked together.
There was a loud whistling from the door to the room (and by the sounds of it the other rooms too). This made for a lot of difficulty sleeping, and no amount of towels under or around doors could improve the situation.
With the negatives aside, it's worth mentioning that the accomodation is well placed - travel links, restaurants and shops are located minutes away and the building has a lot of parking available underneath.
The views are also excellent. From the city-facing side of the building there are unobstructed views across Melbourne and the northern tip of Port Philip bay.
Inside, the rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was laundry facilities, a dishwasher and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The balcony could comfortably sit three or four, though the presence of the air conditioner unit would make it very warm in warmer weather.
In summary, the accomodation is excellent but let down by the noise during the windy nights and the absence of housekeeping. The bed was still comfortable though I'd have preferred if it was a full size mattress without the uncomfortable ridge.
I'd probably stay again, unless the weather was predicting wind!
