The staff were friendly, the sheets and environment were very clean, and the location was great—less than a 15-minute walk from the central station and close to the castle and other attractions.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Super breakfast. Easy access to the City, river and walking paths. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Conveniently placed and pleasant staff. There is no manned bar which is a little odd, but seems to work. The bar area and coffee lounge are small and friendly.

Great location, helpful staff, awesome public rooms (tea/coffee, couches, classical music playing on turntable, etc.)

Nice little place and good location. Their reception hours aren’t great. They do have a nice little “honor bar” which is quite cosy and sociable.

A really nice hotel - a good location 10 minutes from the station and an easy walk into the main areas. Very close to the Mirabell gardens which are stunning. We had two single rooms which were comfortable - staff very helpful. Has a nice feeling about it; there's a lovely lounge with free tea/coffee available, a bar area and also a garden area to sit in. Would stay there again if in Salzberg.

Very friendly staff. I arrived after the reception closed and it was easy and smooth with the directions given. Location is great in walking distance from main attractions but still in a quiet street. Breakfast was very nice. Everything tasty. Only thing I didn’t like was the coffee. All in all a very good stay.

I was only there for one night, but the staff was very helpful. Very courteous. Everything was spotless. I would definitely stay there again for even a longer length of time.

This stay was really fun. Finding and entering the BnB was a bit confusing, but we figured it out eventually. The room was nice with some simple but nice extras. The breakfast was very good and the staff was great to talk to. The location is decent.

10/10 Exceptional

This was a charming hotel with wonderful staff. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for what we had planned in Salzburg. The bed was a bit saggy in one spot. And, our only complain was no air conditioning. There was a fan, so we slept with the window open and the fan on. Our trip coincided with the hottest days ever recorded in the area, so the AC was probably not needed at other times!

I traveled on business, stayed couple of nights, super friendly, clean and convenient, I would not hesitate to stay again on next trip. Breakfast is available, so is a bar, business center and garden are appreciated.

The location is very good, few minutes walk to Mirabell Garden and the bus station, 10 minutes walk to the Central train station. The staff is friendly. I requested Salzburg Guest Mobility Card before I arrived, and they fulfilled my request. There is a free coffee/tea room. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours, so please make arrangement with the hotel if you expect to arrive later in the day.
