We were traveling for a softball tournament and this was one of two hotels in Rochester. This hotel did not feel safe or clean. My daughter and I checked in but we found other accommodations and didn’t even end up staying the night. I would not recommend at all!

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The downsides were that the tv signal was spotty and the breakfast was lacking.

This hotel needs a lot of tidying up. It is very poor by American standards.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Towels were supposed to be white but were gray from former use. Furniture (chair in the room) was absolutely filthy.

Musty smell in the rooms. Everything is worn out and dirty. The hotel has recently changed ownership. The new crew has no concept of the cleanliness habitually accepted in American hotels. I have been staying in this hotel for 15 years. No more!

Perfect for a quick stop. We stayed one night after a wedding and arrived around 11pm. The staff was friendly and let me know my other family members had checked in already. We had several rooms and he quickly recognized me by name and family resemblance! Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were very clean. I saw both my room and my sister's room. I was impressed that the bathrooms were so clean. Prior to our check-in I asked my aunt how the hotel was and she also said very clean! The water pressure was great and the shampoos and lotions were all full. There was an exercise room that was small but had enough equipment for an early morning workout. There was also an outdoor patio that looked nice. We were not there long enough to enjoy it. The morning continental breakfast was small and had a few options. The apples were fresh and the waffles were delicious! We did run out of coffee but the staff was extremely quick to get more coffee brewing. I come from a family that consumes massive amounts of coffee, so that was no fault from the hotel that we ran out! I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight trip. My only issue is that the doors were not secured from the outside, so anyone could walk into the hotel. However, the neighborhood was very safe and seemed very quiet. There were a few maintenance items - an exterior door had a handle that was removed and needed to be replaced but overall it was kept very clean.

This Inn was very secluded and quiet, within walking distance to a Walmart. The building was older but very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and sweet! Breakfast was simple and fulfilling!! We would stay again!

The ceiling in the bathroom was dingy, maybe mold spots. The orange juice machine did not have true orange juice. it was more like an orange aid thing. the larger waffle maker was an operative. another guest thought it was unplugged. the front desk was helpful even though I think the lady was trying to cover two properties. the gras was overgrown neither this quality inn nor the adjacent 8
