It was clean and safe. I expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel

4/10 Fair

Expensive for the hotel condition

The hotel location is good, the rooms condition is old and needs renovation. The breakfast selection is poor and the people who work there barely speaks English
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Good stay overall with minimal issues, bathroom toilet took 15-30min to refill water to be able to flush again. Bus was required to get to the main areas and surrounding areas of Milan, just not great to walk

We knew the hotel would be very basic (based on the price), but it was worse than we expected - not a friendly welcome, very old amenities, €10 room service fee, toilet tank takes 5-10 min to refill. Glad we were there only for the night!

Average accomodation, accurate for the price. Only thing we didnt like - there was no toilet brush in the bathroom.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

- Room really warm, old AC and amenities - Location of the hotel is far away from everything. - Area around the hotel is not so nice either.

2/10 Poor

The staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful we ended up having to go somewhere else.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The property was ok. No air conditioning which we didn’t need at the time but visitors should know. Every day they left us coffee cups, and never replenished our coffee pods so not quite sure why they bothered to leave the cups on the coffee machine. As a morning lover, I did not like that at all.

Milanoboende.
