8/10 Very good

Reception is on one of the upper floors of an office type looking building. No signage that states you are at the entrance of the hotel! The concierge came out and guided me in. Very weird, but apparently not uncommon in PHP. I wasn't too impressed with the immediate area. Looked a bit rundown, but only a short walk to shops, cafe's etc. Hotel was clean, staff are totally beautiful, and comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our five-night stay at Citadines. The location is close by to restaurants, bars, and shopping plazas. The pool and bar area at the top is an oasis in the city, with reasonably priced drinks. Though the gym is small, the facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. Daily breakfast at Abacá is decent and consistent in quality. Hospitality and service is high quality.

10/10 Exceptional

Great one bedroom apartment to work from. Nice working desk and a large round table in living room is also good for working. The gym is small but functional, nice pool too. When I had problems connecting to the WiFi they sent a technician to set up a router in my room. I also love the large fridge and cooking facilities with all the plates, pans and utensils. and the washer dryer allowed me to leave with a mostly clean suitcase of clothes. If you work from your room this is a hard to beat option. I struggled to do so at an ABnb that advertised dedicated workspace but it was small and not functional- moving into Citadines made my life easier.
