We had such a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and everything felt well taken care of. The front desk staff were honestly one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed anything. We stayed for quite a while, and they made us feel comfortable the entire time. The air conditioning worked great, and we really enjoyed our room. This was our second time staying here, and the amazing service from the staff is a big reason we chose to come back. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at better places. Poor breakfast. No hot water to shower either day. Water didn't drain in bathroom while showering. Bed was pretty comfy. Very hard to get handle to open door on my room. You get what you pay for.

Staff was nice and welcoming, room was connected to another room that was not mentioned in the description when getting the hotel room !

I guess I got what I paid for. I was trying to save some money and I accidentally reserved an ADA room but I was told that since I prepaid for it through a 3rd party they could not move me to another room. The shower was open with only a shower curtain to keep the water from going onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The walls and baseboards were dingy. The bed was comfortable but the furniture in the room was pretty old. It is near a freeway and not soundproof so we could hear the traffic and the person in the next room. The staff was nice and there is plenty of parking.

Each time I sleep in Buena park, I come to this hotel. Dee, Genesis, Leti and Nestor (the staff) are so nice. And I will keep on going to this hotel. I miss you all. So, see you soon...

This was the second time me and my wife stayed here really enjoy it being really close to Knott's Berry Farm, The Barn door in the bathrooms are really cool. The staff is never once been rude to us I don't know why some of the reviews have said that and the rooms are usually pretty clean as well. It does get a little loud and busy in the mornings with housekeeping but other than that it's a great hotel

This hotel was in a convenient location and was a good price. I don’t think I’d stay here again though because the rooms weren’t very clean and our room didn’t even have a shower curtain. Staff was very nice.

Perfect location for Knott’s. The property itself needed a lot of maintenance. The room was ok…..hair on the bed sheets and a booger on the bathroom wall. It was extremely dated but it served its purpose.

Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom, small sink space but the closet and bathroom are converted to one space. The pool was nice and they have breakfast every morning if you want something quick and simple. The bed was comfortable.

Good hotel for a good price, breakfast bar could use better options and the pool area needs to be fixed or prices should reflect not having operating amenities

The staff was friendly and nice. The lobby area was nice as well. But the sheets were permanently stained I think (possibly dirty still) and the floor sticky. I would only recommend staying if looking for an affordable option but not carying about looks or cleanliness
