The only small, negative thing about my stay, which I knew ahead of time, was the renovation and construction activity. Otherwise, the staff was great and the contractors about moving their vehicles when blocking a guests vehicle. The room was clean and spacious. They have plenty of parking. There is dining and a Whole Foods close by. It was exactly what o needed. A clean, affordable, and comfortable room.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff is top notch! The rooms are updated with all the needed amenities. Excellent location as I was able to walk to Old Town Pasadena, restaurants and stores. Very quiet and private rooms. The Los Angeles Metro station is 5-minute walk from the hotel and excellent public transportation. Very safe neighborhood and the staff is always walking around the property to make sure all is well. Great choice in a hotel.

Places under CONSTRUCTION, which is understandable, but definitely needs to take care of all the water leaks from the rain, luckily the room was OK and it was clean. Bad tub. Definitely needs to be changed out. Staff is very helpful and very attentive .

Great location close to the DelMar train station and 10-minute walk to Trader Joe’s, CVS and restaurants. Fridge & microwave in room were convenient. Lots of outlets to charge devices. Room was clean & modern. My only suggestion is that they keep an extra blanket or two in the closet.

In defense of the property there was a major renovation demolition project going on when I stayed there which caused a huge mess everywhere and shut down many parking spots and dirt and debris was everywhere. Jackhammer work started at 8:00 AM. Comfortable room with a great bed and good shower pressure and plenty hot water. Wanted to walk to the convention center but was too far for me. Overall it was a good stay but would rather be in walking distance to the Convention center.

Very reasonable hotel/motel on the southeast side of old town Pasadena. They are in the process of remodeling right now. My room was remodeled and was in excellent shape. They are redoing or installing a pool right now. There is no breakfast at this time but apparently they’ve had it in the past. You are within walking distance of some good restaurants and a Whole Foods market. Parking onsite including an underground garage which I didn’t use since my room was on the ground floor with a parking space right in front of it. The area felt fairly safe and I walked around plenty
