Don’t stay here. The room was disgusting and falling apart. The bathroom was moldy with buggers on the wall. The shelf had been ripped off and not repaired. Carpet and upholstery was stained. Looked like a trap house! The final straw was the ice maker didn’t work and ESPN didn’t come in.

Gross hotel. Dirty and cockroaches. My mom had a stroke so came to town in a hurry with no reservations. This was only hotel available. I came in late and got to early so only there a few hours thankfully.

Avoid it like the plague. I didn't even make it to the room. The pool water was a murky yellow and the lobby was filled with "gentlemen" patronizing the electronic gaming machines. The woman at the front desk was polite but seemed unsuprised when I asked her to please cancel my reservation. I hope at some point Expedia takes more ownership in requiring hotels they list on their app to maintian basic standards of safety, security, and cleanliness.

The property is dated, dingy, & in desperate need of a renovation. Parking is extremely limited in a dilapidated back area with broken pavement and a discarded mattress. There are stains on the carpet and the bathroom is gross. The beds are at least clean. If I had the choice I would not have stayed here.

Bed looked clean but bathrooms were gross. Had black mold on shower head. Toilettissue holder falling off wall. Noisy br fan.floor grout looked iffy. In my grandkids rm the ceiling was leaking water made floor EXTRA SLICK. management refused to refund money for 2nd rm. Also,the breakfast area was dirty and out of items both days. Syrup container was not cleaned for several days it appeared. Floors tables and walls had not been cleaned.

It’s advertised as “family friendly” but they don’t have crib nor pack & play. The room ceiling already had several leaks from past rains, no repairs were done to fix it. No elevator to carry our luggage to the second floor, it was a very high price for the given quality. The only positive thing was breakfast.

There was no mention of a pet deposit on the internet. I was not informed that there was a $25.00 per pet non refundable deposit until I arrived. (Just call it what it is, extra profit). The room was dirty, sheets stained, calcium deposits on the sink and the shower was more of a drizzle.

The hotel was not in the same good condition as my previous stay. Night manager was lovely and helpful. Room was gross. Nothing worked. No remote for television. Refrigerator not working. Microwave not working. Full size oven randomly in the room. Too much furniture. Gross. Carpet hadn't been done in who knows how long. No toilet tank lid. More water going down the drain than out of the shower head. Hair everywhere from previous occupant. Just Gross.

The lady at the counter was rude. The room was awful...curtains barely hanging on the rod, parts of the trim were hanging down, our room was next to the managers and her children were crying and screaming. We left 10 minutes after we checked in. Did not feel safe staying there

Puttied holes in the wall needing sanded and painted. Bathroom door didn’t stand a chance of closing all the way. Pulled back the bedspread and the sheets were so old they had little fabric balls all over. Hallways and stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

Overall, it was disappointing. The pool was tiny, old, and not the cleanest. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9, but at 830 the eggs and gravy had run out and the biscuits were hard. No one ever replenished the food. Worst of all, when I arrived, I waited at the desk for 10 minutes trying to get someone's attention. Finallyn I had to yell. A woman came down from upstairs where she had probably been sleeping. She was angry and criticized me for making noise while she finally checked us in. I said I had no choice, since I was not able to get anyone's attention any other way. I had tried ringing the bell, calling for help, exploring adjacent rooms, and searching the desk for a number. There was none. So I started yelling, getting louder and loader, until I finally got a response. I will NEVER stay here again!
