Stood at the desk for almost 10 min waiting for the lady to get off the phone. Seems to have been a personal call about a stupid fight on Friday!! The floor was dirty the toilet wouldn’t flush right. I was here before and it was nice but now not so much I will find another place to stay next time my dog walked in the floor and when he jumped on the bed his prints were there smh. I cleaned up where I spilled water and that’s how dirty the floor was just in front of the sink. Pics attached

Simone was at the front desk and was professional and efficient, while also being very pleasant, and personable, making you feel very welcome. The property is neither bad nor exceptionally good, but excellent customer service, like Simone's will keep me coming back.

I had to ask for a room with a fridge and microwave... No breakfast. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom.. which was odd... Never see that layout before.
