Staff was good. The hotel is in a terrible location. It's hard to find the entrance, though the dirt alley separating the parking lot from several dilapidated homes came in handy a couple times. Across the parking lot from the dirt alley lies a large dirt parking area filled with huge metal storage boxes and, I believe, trucks and machinery.
The hotel itself is so worn down. We saw at least two window screens that were barely hanging onto the window frame. The swimming pool and hot tub were shut down. I saw no warning about that when we booked through Hotels.com. I presume many of your guests, especially parents with children, would not have booked your hotel if they had known the poll and hot tub were not available. All of us deserve a refund of some sort.
