I didnt like the toxic scented fragrance at reception of the hotel. It was felt from the footpath outside the building. It felt very overwhelming and I could not breathe. Had an allergic asthma attack. Very noisy depending on the room where you stat. Asked to change room and staff was very helpful. Got a much quieter room and was able to sleep. Breakfast is basic, but it was ok. Would have given a better rate if there was no scent/fragrance at reception area.

Comfy and clean hotel. Good access to things!

No issues here. Hotel was clean, bed was extra comfy and had a nice deck to sit out on. Washroom was a nice size. Relatively close walk to the beach or Gothic Quarter (2-3 km). Also had a great grocery store across the street and several options to eat within a short walk as well, would definitely recommend.

stayed a week while visiting our kids, then after a trip to another country for a week, we came back and stayed a couple more nights here before we headed back to the USA. We were on 3rd floor first with a balcony overlooking the main street out front, 2nd time we were on the 7th floor with a beautiful private terrace. The employees are top notch.

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The room is very small and lacks space for luggage; the furniture makes it feel cramped, though it does have the essentials. The bed is good; the shower is ok. The hotel feels old, neglected, dark, and run-down. The location isn't bad and the street is quiet; however, the elevator is very noisy, and you can hear it running during the night. The air conditioning worked well. The daytime receptionist was quite helpful, but the night receptionist wouldn't even look at you when you entered or left the hotel. My room had a tiny window facing the back of the building, which made the time spent in the room very unpleasant. They could improve the amenities; the shampoo and soap seemed to be the exact same product.

Pretty nice hotel, location was alright, there’s a bit of walk from metro to the hotel itself. The other thing is that they don’t have microwave at the kitchen even so if you have takeout food and want to heat it up it’s not possible. Hopefully they’ll have microwave fixed soon. Also we found there’s a stain on the sheets during our last night. But other than that the hotel was pretty good.

No menu on breakfast. Limited options for breakfast. Food is not replaced like scrambled eggs. It was at the end amount and no fresh ones were added to the tray to the guests that were arriving. Not enough amount of cups on the coffee machine. It is a very noisy hotel, there is no sound proof insulation. Could not sleep well. There is also a horrible fragrance at reception. It put me so off that I cannot stay in this hotel again.
