We are surprised that this hotel had good reviews. Very strange noise from the bathroom plumbing did not allow for resting or enjoying our stay. Because of the noise, we were moved to another room on the same floor. However, the noise continued and the staff did nothing to solve the issue (they said a technician would come – but it did not occur during our stay). Our room had no or weak WIFI and did not allow streaming or surfing the internet. The rooms had a partial sea view with nice balcony but a strange design: the toilet is in a separate room – across from the bathroom that has a bathtub but no proper shower that when used will spray all over the bathroom and a sink. The room has a small area with old looking appliances. There is no kettle or coffee machine. If needed to call reception for help, the telephone did not work! The cleaning ladies would not give us clean towels!! The front staff was friendly but unknowledgeable and could not problem solve. Overall, a very bad experience
