8/10 Very good

We had a really good stay at WOT Costa da Caparica Soul. The location is excellent. It's in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, so it felt peaceful and relaxing, and the beach is only a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. If you want a calm base close to the beach in Costa da Caparica, I'd recommend it.

We appreciated the warm welcome and the offerings of the hotel; all the staff were polite and friendly. Thee room itself was very clean and had everything we needed, however the shower in room had a leak which was fairly extensive when showering. Thank you for the lovely stay

8/10 Very good

Great location, especially if you prefer being close to the beach and away from crowded tourist areas. The neighborhood has a nice local vibe, with plenty of food options and a small grocery store just steps from the hotel. The only issue during our stay was that the air conditioning was not working, and only an electric fan was provided. The staff were helpful, although housekeeping missed our room one day, so we had to get fresh towels from reception. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location despite a few minor inconveniences.

10/10 Exceptional

Property is great as really close to the beach. Note that its a residential area, which was completely fine for us and our preference however in the immediate area of the hotel there isnt a great deal of dining options but more like cafes and take out places. On the beach however there are enough options for a range of dining preferences at reasonable prices between 10 to 15 euros per adult

Great location. Old property

The staff are AMAZING. The rooms are very old and the fixtures are broken and in terrible state. The location is great.

8/10 Very good

The location was great, hotel parking is limited, but worked out well for us. The room is clean and nice. We did not try the breakfast as there are many good food options near by. We traveled with kids and while the bunk bed is a good idea, the top bunk not having rails meant that our kid could not sleep there. We moved the mattress to the floor and it was all good. The small things that would have made stay a little easier would be a mini fridge (not in the room), conditioner for hair (only sshampoo/body wash combo) and more desk space to leave things on. Overall, hotel was great, staff helpful, and experience excellent!
