I was happily surprised by the size of our room and the breakfast that was served. Reminds me of how hotel stays *used* to be back in early 2000s. Room was 2 beds, plus a pull out couch, coffee table, desk, large mini fridge, and all the little things that used to be standard (iron, ironing board, luggage rack, etc)
The room felt like a mini apartment and it was wonderful. Breakfast included all the cold and toaster options like cereal/bagels/fruit, but also had amazing scrambled eggs, bacon, homefry potatoes, sausage gravy, and a waffle maker. Literally the best hotel breakfast I've had since i was a kid. Pool looks gorgerous, lots of gazebos and picnic tables outside of the pool area, really would have liked to stay longer.
The building itself is a little...experienced lol ok theres some cracks here and there and some chipped paint etc, but not to the point that you feel unsafe or anything. Just looks like its seen a lot of people over the years.
If you have kids or a large group, i especially recommend.
