The area was really nice, a few steps to the court house square and just minutes to the sea front, the new town and the old town. Couldnt ask for more. Excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants. No steep climbs to get to property either. Taxis easily available 2 min walk. Only one downside was that check in wasn’t till 4pm. However, the management was happy for me to drop my luggage earlier so I could explore Funchal. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

The Appartement was perfect for our stay. It was very quiet even though it is in the middle of Funchal. Everything you want to do id either in walking distance or easy accessible via bus. Cesar was incredibly helpful with everything and we will defensively come back.

The location was excellent - just a short walk to the xmas market area, the front and also to the old town area. The apartment had all we needed and it was great to have a few each of washing and dishwasher tablets as well as shower gel and shampoo and coffee pods. Gorgeous room (excellent utilities and plenty of storage space) in a quiet street despite being only 5-10 mins walk to town centre (which we particularly liked as we used the various public transport providers leaving from their). Staff were marvellous and easily contactable.

Great choice for Funchal

We stayed here at the end of October/early November and had a wonderful time. Great location, very convenient for the sights of Funchal and for getting around. It offers a huge space (we were a couple but plenty of room for a family). The rooms are very clean, bright and stylish. Other positives were the comfortable bed (firm), the balcony and the excellent communications with the owners/management. Thank you

The unit was nice overall, but there were problems. The shower did not drain so my wife was unable to shower for the 4 days we stayed there. There was also a cockroach under the bathroom sink, very large but fortunately dead. Communication was good, but ultimately our issues were not resolved.
