My wife is handicapped and in a wheelchair. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room and it was excellent. A roll in shower and the room itself was spacious for wheelchairs.

Lux Suburban Hotel

For a suburban hotel, this is an extraordinarily quality stay. The staff is professional, the rooms are well designed, well equipped and quiet, the fitness room is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel—inclusive of the large downtown hotels I’ve stayed in throughout the US. The food options via the Starbucks embed are varied and good. Not just excellent but surprisingly so for a suburban hotel.

Wonderful staff and accommodating for us last minute change in hotels. The other hotel was unfit to stay in and the staff did an amazing job helping us and making us feel safe and comfortable with my mom and daughter. The parking feels safe as well. Lots of hotels do not have sufficient lighting in the lots and this one has so much! But it does not leak through your window when the curtains are shut!! Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was only one chair in the room for us to sit on. Staff claimed that was because the room was a handicapped room and one of the occupants was supposed to be in a wheelchair. Did they never think that a wheelchair bound person might like to get out of the wheelchair and have a more comfortable seat? The bathroom door was unable to be closed. The room was poorly cleaned when cleaned every other day. Breakfast service was understaffed.

Don't Book this Hotel

I had reserved a two night stay for a wedding this past weekend. When I went to check in, the hotel staff told me that I no longer had a room there, even though it had been reserved for a month. I was told they allowed someone to extend their stay, which took up my room. What's the point of reserving a room if you don't get it to begin with. The Manager wouldn't cover both nights at another hotel, so because of Marriott's mistake, I lost out on money. They are supposed to be a good chain, even a partner of the NFL as they proudly proclaim with signs, but they have horrible business and customer service.
