2/10 Poor

This was my second time at this property. First time the service and condition of the property was very good. However, this time my experience was very unsatisfactory.

Not even close to be a 3 star hotel , the worst hotel I ever staid . Bad service on everything. Mexican motels are better
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The rooms were extremely dusty. We stayed at the hotel as two pregnant women, and the strong smell of dust in the room made it very difficult for us to sleep. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The towels looked dirty, and the bed linens did not feel clean at all. For a five-star hotel in such a great location, this level of cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would never choose to stay at this hotel again.
