This is our preferred hotel when we come to the area. It’s clean, quiet, rooms are nice, staff is friendly. Hotels in the area are so expensive but this one is reasonable. We stayed 4 nights this time so we could enjoy more of Lancaster County. This trip was the first time we had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious, and our waitress was so nice.

6/10 Good

My stay was overall pleasant. The hotel was nice and quiet at night, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the hallways had a noticeable odor that reminded me of an older building.

8/10 Very good

The property is old but, very well maintained. Room was clean and well equipped. The worse part was the temperature. The room was freezing and we did not seem to be able to make it warmer. Other members of our party said their room were the same. The breakfast buffet was good and fairly priced.

Beautiful restaurant with an outdoor balcony with a tree growing in the middle. Great area with trees and close to historic downtown Lancaster. Grocery store right next door.

8/10 Very good

I missed the lobby as it is basically a office in a back room, but the woman was nice that checked us in. Walking to our room, I noticed big stains on the hallway carpets. Our room was clean but our toilet wasn't flushing properly, but we were promptly given another room. The hotel is great for one or two nights, the pool is inviting, and there is a restaurant attached. There is a friendlys, a Dunkin and a supermarket within walking distance.

This was our second time staying here and will definitely stay again. Room was quiet and clean. There was even a massage chair! Fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked great. Mattress and pillows were amazing. Bathroom was a bit small, but clean and shower worked well. I love the extra touch of the wallpaper and chirping birds in the elevator to encourage a relaxing atmosphere! Didn't try the on-site restaurant, but the menu looked good and the place was packed.
