This location is no longer a Red Roof Inn. They changed companies Oct.1. The new hotel is very pet friendly, so if you are sensitive to animal dander, find somewhere else. Lamps next to beds do not function due to the fact that there are no outlets to plug them in. Hallways have a distinct smell. For 20 dollars more, go somewhere else.

Was on third floor walked out in the hall and a homeless person was sleeping in the hall. Advertized daily maid service stayed three hights no service. Saw a review from 3 months earlier said no ice machines i asked when i arrived about a ice machine they said it broke just today do you really want me to continue!!!!!

A place to stay while fishing

Checking in was good being that I was early. Once in the room everything was good except for the toilet. The stopper in the toilet was broken, notified the staff and maintenance checked it out, but never returned to fix it. Also this was the first time I been someplace where you had to request the room to be cleaned. Found it odd all of the ice machines were removed.

I got in very late. When i went into my room i looked in the shower and it had a used bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner from the last person who had the room.i called the front desk who offered nothing not even a different room. When i talked to the owner in the morning he basically called me a lier and said his people would have definitely offered me another room. I also noticed crumbs in the hallway and a dirty wash cloth on the floor in the hall.

Do Not Book Plenty of better hotels same price. It had just rained and the smell of mold was strong! Rugs are terrible. One sheet and thin cover to sleep. TV so far away could not read closed captioning or use remote! No vending. Pool was nice. Shower water not hot enough :(

Awful!!

Just terrible!!! The pictures on the website are very deceiving. This hotel was so dirty and the lock on our room did not work. You have to use the bolt in order to lock it from the inside. Told maintenance but they didn’t do anything about it. When we first got there an hour after check-in our room was still not ready. The people that were in it the day before were still in it. While I was sitting waiting for a room I actually saw a hooker come in And wait for her John to come downstairs to get her, that was very disturbing. Lots of people living in this hotel. I wouldn’t bring your family to stay here. The next day at check out, the man behind the desk was more interested in his phone then to check us out. Very rude. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Horrible stay. Disappointed!!

The exterior was in decent shape but once you got in, it smelled bad. The room smelled like some one had been smoking in it. The carpet in the room and hall was dingy and dirty. The air conditioner did not work. I told the staff and they said they would tell someone. But nothing was done. No repairs at all. The A/C was leaking water from the bottom all onto the floor. I really need my money back from this stay. I tried to stay busy out and about just because the room was so filthy. This hotel should’ve been $30 per night. The pool had a mildew smell around it. I’m so disappointed after using this app that ref roof is able to be recommended for stay.

Booking this hotel was easy but when I arrived I was so disappointed. The hotel is very dirty and smells. Everything is old and the elevator in the lobby was broken. The other elevator didn't have air conditioning nor the hallway. The room was nasty it was hard to stay the night. I don't recommend this hotel.

Checked in to find tools & a unfinished plumbing job ! Desk people quickly got us another room ! To find lake in the bathroom from the toilet ! We figured out the problem !
