Thanks for an amazing stay and welcome. It was very comfortable, clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff at reception. The hotel is very close to the main train station so it was smooth coming from the airport and when we left. It is a quiet area so very peaceful sleeping at night. Two metro stations are also close by convenient for getting to some of the main sites. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The room was tidy and the cleaners done a great job of tidying up every day. Good location for exploring Rome. However main issue was that during our stay on one night another guest managed to walk into our room using a keycard as we were getting ready for bed, the staff checked our door and said that everything was working fine, but this did not help as we still felt unsafe and did not feel like our concerns were acknowledged, we did not feel very comfortable leaving our belongings there for the rest of our trip.
