So disappointed experience. The heater in the room not work. We were sleep under a small blanket with the cold temperature -1 degree celsius. From the website they show a beautiful breakfast buffet. But when we come to check in was room only no have any breakfast same like they promised. No have any amenity in the bathroom.

4/10 Fair

Checkin is not intuitive, going up the steps towards the reception door which was locked, room key keft on a window sill but didn't see them at first and wasn't told about it. No one at the reception and no door for my particular room displayed outside, Waited 11mn for someone to show up after ringing and gave explanation on how to access the room. Parking is on your own in the street (good luck on market day, the road in front of the hotel is closed and all sude streets are full). On good note clean and functional.

Sehr sehr frostig.
