The room was well appointed and clean. Comfortable beds. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Other staff did not speak. I also think there should be better lighting in the hallways. The staff was excellent and the Hotel is located within most of the popular restaurants and entertainment in the downtown area. The Hotel is being renovated right now, but is expected to be completed by August. Even with the construction going on now the Hotel was still very clean and accommodating.

We had a newly renovated room and everything was very clean. I was also so grateful when my teens were sleeping in that I was granted an extended check out for two additional hours free of charge when I asked. Finally a huge highlight was the golf simulator room at the bar- so nice and my 12 year old loved it. Was also nice that its glassed in with comfortable seating inside so that I could hang out and watch him. Beds were fine- not super comfortable but not terrible. However my son had a comforter that was so noisy I thought they had forgotten to take the plastic off a new mattress. It sounds odd but it was so noisy anytime he moved. It kept him up as well as me. If we had been thinking clearly I would have just had him ditch it but he also didn't have an alternative. My biggest issue was not being able to reach the front desk. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called back and the same thing happened. Eventually I just went down. I know sometimes things happen but don't tell me to hold if you aren't coming back!

Right away the check in clerk was very welcoming with lots of great ideas for local places to visit and enjoy a good breakfast. The cookie was a nice touch. The lounge was nice. The parking needs to be figured out, maybe side access to the building would help guests have an easier way to unload and head up to room. There was some rennovating going on and the floor I stayed on had not been updated yet which accounted for the low score on cleanliness. Overall it was a good stay, I would recommend for visit and will probably book again when visiting city.
