Good hotel in the Old Town Centre

Ok hotel. Very helpful and service minded waiter in the bar, unlike a woman in the breakfast room looking like you are in the way for her. However, everyone can have a bad day so I guess this just was one of hers. Low water pressure in the shower on the 8th floor, but not a big issue. The building itself reminds of a 70'is style dark interior in all floors except the reception area. I would like to visit this hotel again at an later occasion. The bar/1st floor restaurant: 5/5 service and 5/5 food My room: 4/5 Breakfast: 2/5 (bad hair day woman preparing)

Good overall, perfect location, staff lovely and helpful. Those cleaning other rooms in morning were too load, foyer smelled (lifts and corridors too) and breakfast to too expensive (relatively speaking).

Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy. The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok.

Good hotel

Nice, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. Water jugs are provided in each room and there are filtered water machines beside the lifts on each floor which is a helpful eco-friendly feature. I would flag that the inbuilt hair dryer unfortunately didn't work in my room. The customer service was a little bit lacking at times (i.e. one receptionist seemed annoyed at me for asking for a city brochure which is a pretty normal thing for a tourist to ask for). Hence why I didn't mention the hair dryer not working!

My family and I travel to Gdansk twice per year. We always stay in the heart of old town. We decide to switch it up this time. We are glad we did. Hotel location is Excellent! You are right next to stores, 3 min walk to train station and 5 min. walk to old town. Staff were nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English, or tolerated my broken Polish. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great everyday. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Gdansk. We will be returning there next time.

Excelente hotel. Con cama muy cómoda, baño amplio y café y té gratis en la habitación, así como agua natural y minera. Estás a dos cuadras de la estación central de Gdansk lo que te permite moverte cómodamente. Además el centro histórico queda muy cercas. Un muy buen hotel con gran relación calidad y precio.
