We were on a bikepacking trip and had some delays along the route due to mechanical issues and stuck in a rain/thunderstorm. When arriving to the hotel, the staff was nowhere to be found and all locked up. Since we had not planned to arriving late, we tried calling the on call number but just got to talk to an AI and forwarded to a voice mail. When trying to discuss the issue with the staff they only communicated in french and had no understanding of our issue. They provided no flexibility, did not offer any support and we had to take another hotel in town.

Nous avons passé un séjour satisfaisant dans cet hôtel bien que notre chambre était située dans l'annexe juste au-dessus du restaurant. De ce fait, c'était bruyant. Il fallait fermer la fenêtre malgré la chaleur pour pouvoir dormir. On ne pouvait pas profiter d'être dans le calme sur le balcon même tard le soir. De plus, nous avons eu droit à deux nuits où il y avait une "fiesta" dans l'immeuble avec de la musique forte et des gros éclats de voix. Nous y sommes restés 10 nuits et nous regrettons que personne n'ait pris le temps ni la peine de nous demander si tout allait bien pendant notre séjour. Nous trouvons que le côté relationnel avec le personnel manque à l'annexe et que les clients sont un peu délaissés. Le prix du petit déjeuner est excessif, surtout pour des minis croissants dont tout le monde se jetait dessus (surtout les enfants qui les avalaient en quelques bouchées). Nous avons trouvé une autre adresse pas très loin qui proposait un petit-déjeuner copieux à un prix plus raisonnable. Le personnel du bâtiment principal à l'arrivée et au départ était serviable. Rien à redire sur l'hygiène, le ménage dans la chambre était fait tous les jours et c'était très propre. Nous avions la vue sur le lac mais aussi sur un boulevard très fréquenté entre l'annexe et le lac. C'était difficile de se garer devant l'immeuble car les places de parking étaient quasiment tout le temps occupées. En conclusion, nous pensons que le prix est excessif par rapport aux nuisances extérieures.

Annexe by la réserve inadaptée aux handicapés. Accès des locaux par escaliers pas de pente d'accès. Chambre sans placard pour sortir les vêtements de la valise. .Pas d'eau chaude au lavabo et à la douche avant une attente de plusieurs minutes. Sol de la douche glissant pour un handicapé. Petit déjeuner servi à 150 m.

La chambre était très très bien. Le personnel ? Agréable mais que par téléphone, en arrivant tardivement nous avons vu personne le soir, mais le lendemain matin non plus. Dommage que le petit déjeuner n’est pas servis directement à l’hôtel. Avec le mauvais temps c’est assez désagréable de sortir pour aller au petit déjeuner.
