8/10 Very good

Not a bad place to stay in Old Town Kraków. The apartment room was very quiet, with plenty of space, and very clean. However, A/C was not really doing anything, and breakfast had limited choices, compared to other hotels in Krakow.

8/10 Very good

Location is convenient as it is inside the old town and 10 minutes easy walk to the main train station. The hotel is in an historical building, which is nice. But I have to say the hotel itself is no way close to luxury as claimed on the profile. The furniture was basic and the room was small. I paid for a city view room but I got a room facing the wall of the side of the building.

Located near to the park around the old town, Planty Park. Lovely church opposite and main square around the corner walk and short walk down street. Beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe room which had separate sitting area from bedroom, a dressing area inbetween the bedroom and lovely large bathroom. Very happy with our choice as was looking at other hotels. But this one was even nicer than it looked on the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.

Clean, courteous staff, we asked for a baby cot and it had a baby sized pillow and duvet. Very happy with our stay. Breakfast was ok but for price we expects more choice.
