Lovely small hotel, everything was great, our room was comfortable with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was great for us. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business to others

Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Location was fantastic - easy access to the produce market, groceries, stores, and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station.

Staff was always ready to greet me no matter what time of day (my train arrived at 3am, another time I got back around 10p to a staff member holding the door open for me). Rooms were clean, warm, and cozy and bathrooms were well stocked with towels and soap/shampoo.

Booked this hotel for my mom and paid for it 9 days in front. At the reception she was refused check-in. The staff member said they don’t have any reservations for her, they’re fully booked and don’t use Expedia after the service was mentioned. Avoid them. Забукав мамі готель та відразу заплатив за 9 днів вперед. На ресепшені їй відмовили в заселені, сказали що ніякої резервації немає. Коли моя мама сказала що резервація була зроблена через Expedia, їй відповіли що не співпрацюють з цим сервісом. Уникайте цей готель.
