I was positivelly surprise how nice was the rooms with living room, beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen.. Its a very small hotel with some 8 rooms, the checkin and checkout have limited hours, so pay attention on that., but also I had a place to park the car. Now Breakfast, but since you have a kitchen it reduces the problem. We were traveling for a month so we had plenty food with us.

Great location, a short walk from the town centre and the excellent Merano therm baths (the pool photo in the pictures with the property). The room was really nice with AC, it was large and well equipped. There is a pretty patio on the roof. With nice views of the mountains. The parking onsite is really useful but quite expensive. A lovely place.

Very nice room but we were under the impression that there was a pool in the hotel due to the picture but this was a picture of the thermal bath near which cost money to enter. The fridge didn’t work and we had to remove ice from the freezer. Our food spoiled due to too much heat I. The fridge which we only figured out at the end of our stay. Good location.

Please know the pictures and description are misleading. And my guess is the 10 ratings are fake. This is a small apartment building with no amenities - no pool or spa as stated in description. The sofa bed in our planned room was very small - suitable for 1 person and a cramped room for more than 2 (was to fit 4). It was clean & had a decent outdoor patio for the whole building. Overall this is a basic facility. Know before you go. Neighborhood ok but is not far from sites - Therme baths & Spa & Centrum /shops/restaurants & promenade.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Küche und allem was man braucht. Unterkunft verfügt über eine Parkgarage, die wir auch gegen Gebühr genutzt haben. Diese ist allerdings sehr, sehr eng.

Centralissimo e comodissimo. Non ho avuto problemi per il parcheggio, di cui la struttura è munita anche al coperto. Stanza impeccabile, nuovissima e molto attrezzata. Viaggiando con bambini piccoli abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la grandezza degli ambienti. La cortesia e disponibilità della Signora Maria, una valore aggiunto ad una sistemazione già di per se superiore alla media e gradevolissima. Torneremo sicuramente.
