Stay for one night at this hotel. Very helpful guy at the reception! We get a lot of information about Bourdeau. Good beds ! The breakfast could be much better, not so much fruit 🍉 this time of the year there are lots of fruit. When we arrive to the breakfast lots of food was finished. We have to told the personal to refill. Cutlery was finished. Water bootles was empty… not good for this hotel. The hotel is not a cheap hotel. The distance to walk to the city is very good, ant there are good parking garage.

6/10 Good

The location is rated as 6/10 (surrounding is not specially nice). The hotel and room are clean and ok. The breakfast is good. We have had 2 incidents: 1. The first night, there was water leak and water cut off at about 11:30pm in the middle of the shower :-( The water has been restored at about 6am the next morning. 2. At the check-out, my wife has forgotten her scarf in the room on the chair. She was absolutely sure of that but after verification the hotel staff informed us that the cleaning staff could not find anything! Which is very strange! My wife was very disappointed as she expected reliability from the cleaning staff of a serious hotel. It is clear that we won’t return to this hotel as we cannot trust its cleaning staff. Awesome hotel. Helpful staff. Everything was great, but two things: the breakfast buffet eggs are just warm, not hot, and the bacon undercooked. The rest of the breakfast is impressive...they just need a couple of adjustments. The other thing is that while the air conditioning in the room is great during the day, it seems to be less good during the night, making our sleep hot and uncomfortable. I'm guessing they are doing some cost-saving at night. Not good in a heatwave.

6/10 Good

- Staff very helpful and pleasant. - Reception very clean but the corridors are just ok... - one of the ugliest area of Bordeaux but close to everything. - No clock in bedroom. - No nightlight. - Hair dryer has no ground pin and cannot be used in washroom. - Lots of mold between the bath and the wall insert. - Good paper tissues and toilet paper. - Way too expensive at regular price.

Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram.
