Wonderful stay, thank you! My bedroom window looked directly down onto the harbour - exquisite! Room was lovely, bed extremely comfortable. I love that you provide a fridge for guests' access to help themselves to fresh milk (or oat or whatever milk) whenever they need it for drinks in their rooms - none of that single-use plastic or uht milk everywhere else I've stayed! Aberaeron's very lovely too!

We stayed in the apartment which was clean and well laid out. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had all facilities we required. The shower was hot but not very powerful and outside back staircase requires maintenance. Our experience of the hotel was food related as we had one evening meal and 2 breakfasts. All food supplied was excellent. The bacon was the best I have ever tasted. All the ingredients were high quality. Happy to recommend apartment and hotel food.

Limited parking at the hotel but plenty of free parking nearby Checked in online but greeted by helpful staff who offered complimentary coffee and cake, lovely gesture after our long drive. Room lovely good coffee, fresh milk homemade biscuits. My favourite Molton Brown toiletries. Lovely bedding beautifully clean throughout. A very efficient fan, much welcomed in the very hot weather. Only stayed for one night but next time will stay longer. Room was great with balcony which had sea views and a pleasant breeze. The car park is only big enough for a few cars with a cliff charging stations but there is plenty of free parking around the hotel. Fantastic location on edge of harbour and close to everything.

Lovely hotel in brilliant position. Very friendly staff, beautiful comfy room with huge freestanding bath and shower. Easy free parking nearby. Vegan options for breakfast and evening meal and good choice of drinks. Mix of shops and coffee shops very close and beautiful setting looking out to the water. Very much enjoyed our stay. We drove to nearby national trust property and to other coastal areas for walks.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay with the staff totally committed to you. One issue that people with mobility issues should be aware of is that they have rooms up 2/3flights of stairs in a spiral configuration (although carpeted), and they should ensure when booking that they are not allocated these 3/4 rooms. (once up there the view the harbour is superb!!) Rooms clean and checked if you require every day, and the food excellent. The free coffee and cake to guests every afternoon was an added bonus. Would recommend it.
