Next to Rapanui one of the ice creams you will eat in your life. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and the location is good.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the location is simply unbeatable. The staff is excellent, with special recognition going to Rocio and Melany, two wonderful young waitresses who took such good care of us every morning at breakfast. Their kindness, attentiveness, and friendly service truly made a difference. Thank you, Rocio and Melany, for making our stay even more enjoyable!

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location and beautiful overlooking historic building and park. In winter no smells outside. Very clean, friendly staff. The included breakfast is not good (all packaged and canned food), maybe the paid menu is better, but plenty of places nearby to eat. I am definitely staying there again. Definitely not quiet with window room, but who comes to a major city for the peace and quiet?
