Rooms small and you can tell they get USED often Blood stain on the white sheets Mold in the shower No water pressure Night stand lamps were dirty and damaged View was a wooded area with a trail that had someone looking into the room until we closed the blinds Restaurant service was poor - food quality was bland not worth the 500+ we paid for dinner But employees were nice and accommodating when asked for a extra pillows as the ones on the bed were very flat Don’t recommend

While our room was clean. The bathroom has definitely seen better days, we were missing a shower door, the “shower caddy” was old and gross. The shower head awful! As for the restaurant, food is so overpriced for bad quality frozen food. $34 for chicken tenders and a handful of French fries. Not to mention ALL the single use plastic they use for everything. They never answer the phone, and there is hardly anyone at reception. Bar and kitchen closed by 9 pm When we return, it won’t be at Ballards not for $600 per night That’s for sure!

Nice accommodations but beware, no customer svc

It was very clean and has a contemporary feel, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a human to speak with. They only have automated answering and their help menu is poorly designed. Email is the only option they offer. Hope you don’t run into a problem because there’s no one on their end who will help you solve it.
