The hotel is in a very good area. For there is a plaza across the street and the mall is almost 7 mins away. The i75 interstate is just a few minutes away. The breakfast is good with cold and hot options available. My only concern is that in my room the toilet is very low to the ground. The big screen flatscreen is good, but even with the volume turned all the way up it is very low. Also the bed is very high off the ground but sleeps really good.

6/10 Good

This hotel was under renovation and the gym and pool were closed. The staff was great, the front desk and the lady making breakfast were so kind. The property was just average, nothing great about it. The water was hot, rooms were clean. Pillows were very small, ac didn’t keep the room as cool as I would have liked but overall a good place. If you’re visiting the greater Atlanta area it’s a good place to stay and relax. Good food nearby with a Chinese buffet. If you want fancy don’t stay here. If you want somewhere reliable this is definitely the place.

I had to get a last minute hotel stay. I chose this hotel due to its proximity to an event I was attending in the area. The staff were amazing, both night and morning shifts. There was renovation to the first floor, so any amenities, such as pool and public restrooms were unavailable. There was no notification to that effect at the time of booking or in any confirmation emails. There was signage at the front desk. Unfortunately, I was unable to get breakfast as I had to leave before they started serving. They did have a coffee station set up. They require a $50 incidental deposit at check-in. This hold was removed by the next morning right after check out. This hotel is situated near the Southlake Mall, AMC movie theater and many restaurants and stores. I would definitely return.

This Hampton Inn is not as modern as the ones I have stayed in. The lady who checked me in was very nice. The room was ok. My only complaint is the toilet seat is too low. I felt like I was using a child’s toilet. Unfortunately, that is the case in all of the rooms. I hope they will consider this should they consider renovating this hotel.
