Hassan the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure our stay was comfortable and he helped us navigate around and suggested very nice restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend this property and make sure you ask for Hassan.

I live in Turkey so im used to seeing very different standards of hotels. But I was positively surprised by Alya's staff and friendliness. Welcomed in the best manner, suitcases carried to room, and requested to change room to stay next to my travel partners was met in a very positive manner. The staff was always polite and helpful and I was happy about my junior suite. Spacy and cleaning incl free water tea and coffee everyday. 😊

2/10 Poor
