This is a one minute walk to the beach and has pretty much the whole beach restaurant district in walking distance. We'll book again. Also the AC was sufficient which isn't always the case everywhere near the beach. It was appreciate due to the hot weather this trip. Thanks guys!

The rooms have been remodeled and they are decent. Room 125 had no internet most of the time. The big washing machines for the staff are next door and they take most of the hot water. For the most part, the room was decent but there were little things that bugged us. The staff were all great. The location is awesome. The grounds are dirty. They need a pressure washer to clean things up. Would I stay there again, yes.

Great beach access. 20 min to la Jolla. Great remodel on room at least #204. Horrible ammenties, The free breakfast is some fruit at the front, but good fruit. Great staff, let us store our bags in the office till our room opened up. Decent property, about 500 yards from the beach. Would be great if thet kept some boogie boards around to loan out. No coffee or work out room No pool.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean but very small. We had a second floor room and no elevator. That was very hard on our knees. The pool was at a different location, I guess it was next door, but we didn’t see it. And we ubered around town because we were afraid to move the car out of our parking place because there is insufficient parking for the size of the hotel and didn’t want to have to drive around looking for a parking space.

The staff is super great--- front desk, maids, and laundrymen. Free fruit is breakfast. Towels are thick and fluffy; sheets are nice. Free parking is the best but not enough spaces for every hotel room. Downside: no face towels, no place to hang towels, telephone wire jack was cut from wall, the glass shower door pushes inward so it was unbelievably difficult to exit after showering. Bathroom is tiny. Furnishings (sofa chair, dresser, nightstand) in rooms are very shabby,
