We had a great experience during our stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs moving us from one suite where the toilet did not function properly to another suite where we had no issues. The best aspect of our stay was the convenient location to the Metro Station which was right next to the hotel

Very quite hotel, we were back late and didn't hear any noise or commotions going on. Room was clean, comfortable and what was expected. Room did smell a bit dry or musty but maybe a window just needed to be cracked. Overall a lovely place to stay with a pool to cool off in.

My daughter and I enjoyed it. Great location if you don't have a car. There is a huge mall right across the street. There is a Avis rental car in the hotel. The breakfast was kind of pricey and it's not included. The staff was great

The hotel was good, clean, employees polite. Good service at the restaurant but we found the breakfast a bit expensive for what you get in your place. Also because we reserve with Expedia the breakfast was not free. All around we liked the place.

I chose this hotel randomly because it is right beside a metro station. That proved to be an excellent idea. Metro is efficient and easily accessed. The rooms themselves, however are in good condition but dated. TV situation was bad. Price was quite a bit higher than you would pay in Toronto for something similar. This place could use a major interior upgrade to modern lighting, furniture. Then it would be a fantastic option.

I stayed for the Formula 1 weekend and my stay was exactly what I hoped for. The room was clean and the staff were very polite and courteous. I felt valued as a guest there. They even left formula 1 themed hats for us. The location was also very convenient when using the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an okay hotel for a short stay. Great staff but the rooms need some changes made to them. Firstly the towels and beddings are pretty low quality and need an upgrade. Additionally, the shower pressure is not great. Having said that the Metro station is right across the street, which is helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is great for activities in the east end and close to amenities. We would have liked an exercise room.

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars. The location was excellent just steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore Montréal. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the air conditioning. It kept the room cool, but it was very loud, especially every time it turned on during the night. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, updated rooms, and friendly service.
