Great time with a great room and service during my short stay.

8/10 Very good

The location of this hotel is top tier for access to Montreal either walking or via transit. The staff were welcoming and great throughout the entire stay. The room was lovely, and a beautiful balcony to view the downtown scene. The elevator was very slow and it seems as if the other one was out of service. I, and many others took the stairs whenever we could/can to help the speed of across the residences.

The staff was excellent. Some construction nearby could get distracting. While it shut, it looked like the door to the balcony needed some repair.

Great location. Really enjoyed the drink station in the lobby

6/10 Good

It is a property that desperately needs updated and repaired. Lots of worn out things, cracks and holes in the walls, along with a lot of rusted metal. Beds were nice, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and were glad about that.

Stayed here severe times over the years. Service is always great. But oh this was then worst room I’ve ever had. Dirty carpet dirty chairs. Paint and wallpaper peeling. Only One elevator working. Floor 10 hallway dirty. Not sure if I’ll return.

It was a good stay overall. Hotel was in a great location, steps away from St Catherine Street. Room was big. AC worked well. Breakfast was good but not consistent everyday. Only negative, through no fault of hotel, is all the street construction in area.

Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient parking through a third party that works from the hotel itself. The location was in walking distance from many shops, restaurants and venues.

Great location to get to the Bell Center and near many restaurants etc. All in walking distance.

8/10 Very good

Not high end and small hotel. Very convenient location for entertainment (Bell Centre) and easy access to restaurants and bars. There’s a lot of construction (as of early September 2026) making it a challenge to get to the entry. Be prepared for a lot of noise from the street due to proximity to bars/nightclubs etc on Crescent St. Staff very helpful. Parking expensive but convenient and not outrageous for city centre. For Montreal downtown it’s good value for money.

Great budget hotel that is clean, well taken care of. So many downtown hotels are priced beyond what makes sense, this place is still living in the reality of what people can afford.

staff were extremely helpful and guest areas were always clean and tidy. the rooms and hotel are a bit "dated" but otherwise everything was great. the bed was very comfortable and good a/c especially during the heat wave we travelled in. food in the breakfast area was good there were pancakes sausage eggs bagels cereal etc... overall my stay here was pleasant and would stay here again.
