I was very surprised to find the workers when you enter the establishment sitting down one was fixing his bread. Both staff members woman and man did not greet us. The receptionist held out her hand for my documents no hello welcome nothing. My room was clean but I was disturbed with holes in the couch and bedroom seater. The table had blue ink written all other the table. Also the light in the bathroom is so dark you can hardly see yourself. I was very shock with Ascott property and low grade customer service. I checked out and not one question about my stay not even a thank you for staying at the property. My company was approach by Ascott staff to open a corporate account and after this stay, this hotel would embrass me with my clients. So disappointed.
