I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again.

Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

Prima hotel en veel sportfaciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijt en prima uitvalbasis om te gaan wandelen. Kamer is ruim en heerlijke douche. Parkeren is gratis en dichtbij. Goed verzorgd hotel!

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met name het barpersoneel en de gastheer van het diner! Wij vinden het een zeer hondvriendelijk hotel! Men kwam steeds met een bakje water voor onze hond en dagelijks (ontbijt & diner) was een tafel voor ons gedekt in de lounge van het hotel (honden mogen niet in het restaurant komen). Een groot pluspunt is het openbare zwembad direct naast het hotel. Een gratis dagkaart is te verkrijgen bij de receptie. Het hotel ligt op een rustige en groene locatie. Veel wandelmogelijkheden, ook om de hond uit te laten. In de directe omgeving liggen een aantal leuke dorpjes. Met name Schruns is de moeite waard. Op nog geen 5 minuten rijden van het hotel bevindt zich een LIDL. Het hotel zelf is goed onderhouden (gangen, liften, welness etc.). Het bar/lounge gedeelte is wat aan de kleine kant naar onze mening. Het ontbijt is fantastisch! Veel variatie in brood, broodbeleg, yoghurt, fruit etc. Een gebakken ei/omelet/wafel wordt ter plekke vers klaargemaakt. Het diner is eveneens prima! Elke dag een keuze in vlees/vis/vegetarisch/pasta. Dit staat op borden 'tentoongesteld' zodat je ziet wat je krijgt. Ook bij het diner voldoende variatie in voor- en nagerechten. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding van de hotelkamer viel ons wat tegen: -geen echte airconditioning maar een koude lucht blazer, op warme dagen bleef het behoorlijk warm in de kamer - het separate toilet heeft geen wastafeltje - de badkamer wordt afgesloten met een speciaal gordijn
