Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and my daughter with smiles, and they were eager to help. They gave us rooms right next to each other, but unfortunately, we needed to move due to an air conditioner issue. The gentleman at the front desk immediately sent maintenance to take a look and relocated us down the hall to another room with no hesitation. We took advantage of the lounge area, the food and the conversations with the other guests was absolutely amazing. My future visits to the Augusta area will definitely include Doubletree as a place to lodge.

Good enough, clean enough, inside pool was fine outside pool was not working. Check in was fine. What annoyed me, was at breakfast, I sent my 2 daughter's to get a muffin and a banana or fruit, because we were going to my daughter's soccer game and she needed a quick bite, then we would go get a big breakfast after, this lady who thought she was being helpful helped them pack up a big to go box that costed almost 40 dollars when I just wanted the continental breakfast for 8 dollars the food wasted of course because we were 6 mins from the fields and then I had to go spend more on real breakfast. I was like what are you doing and she was like are you going to deny her pancakes and I am like are you kidding me, this is a waste! I told them to just get something small and she is like its all the same price... it is not, its a huge difference

The whole hotel was immaculate, and the one thing, the desk chair, that broke while we were there was replaced within 10mins. All the staff were wonderful, courteous, understanding and very helpful. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was great. Which explains that there are not fridges or microwaves in room. The pool was good, but could use more towels. No jacuzzi even though advertised. The water was warm enough to not miss the jacuzzi. A well kept outdoor area. We will return again.
