We tend not to leave bad reviews but this is an exception. We have stayed at Nammos Sunset before, so we thought we knew what to expect. But on this occasion, we feel this room was mis-sold. How can you advertise a windowless room as “sea view”? We booked a “sea view studio”, on arrival we discovered that it had no windows. The only exception was a window in the door but that had frosted glass with a roller blind, so you still could not see out. So there was no sea view at all unless you opened the door to a communual gantry to the other rooms which was not wide enough for a chair and people to pass. Pserimos is a very dry, sandy island and our cleaner did a sterling job in keeping the room spotless; we thank her. Likewise communications before arrival were excellent. We were met from the ferry and our luggage was transported for us. The accommodation rep who greeted us was both friendly and professional. The inappropropiate listing was not her fault, but none of this makes up for a windowless box which felt like a prison cell.

Can't fault anything with this property, Ava greeted us from the ferry to help with luggage/bags. Room wasn't ready but Ava messaged as soon as it was and I met her there, property on the front so really easy to find, she took me to our room explained everything I needed to know but insisted I message her if I needed anything (we didn't) but nice to know she was available, we had a lovely couple of day's without having to catch the ferry back to our main Hotel on Kalymnos, Pserimos is just beautiful and I highly recommend Nammos Sunset ♥️🇬🇷

Pserimos stay

Communications were excellent before and during our stay. Eva, receptionist, was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. She checked on guests every day and if she said she would be somewhere at a certain time, you could set a clock by her. She transported our luggage to and from the ferry. We were disappointed on arrival to be allocated a studio on the side, but we were moved to one on the front the next day. The studio had a large terrace a stone’s throw from the sea. Cooking utensils were very limited. In addition there was no chopping board. Although far from an essential piece of equipment, some disrespectul former guests had just chopped on the worktop causing deep cuts. No idea why they could not use a plate. Comfortable bed and good quality bed linnen was provided. Maybe an additional cover for cooler evenings would have been nice. No bottle of water in fridge on arrival, we found this unusual for Greece.

Maria met us at the port , took our luggage , called me when check in was available as explained . We will come again . Pserimos is a little gem for relaxing and beautiful beach with lovely people .

I arrived with my 3 year old son and had booked a beachfront room. There was nobody at the property and no instructions how to check in. The Expedia email said to call them, but there was no answer. When I arrived, I asked a lady at a restaurant around the corner and she told me where to go for the check in. When I arrived at the front desk, at a different hotel, the lady working there politely told me the hotel I selected was overbooked and she started walking me to a room at that different hotel. The only other rooms available in the facility I had booked were either more expensive, or they had other people scheduled to arrive. She said I couldn’t get a higher category room for the same price. Eventually, after pleading with her with my hands full and tired my luggage and baby, she agreed to give me a higher category room for a night and then said she has to move me to another room, lower category, not beachfront in a different facility nearby. Apparently the other people who had my room reserved before me, even though they weren’t there when I arrived. She also said they had booked for more days than me and were coming from far away, so she said to me that they wouldn’t be happy to not have a room… I was pretty surprised to hear that. I was with a 3 year old, so moving rooms isn’t as easy. We stayed a night because I was tired and then we left next morning, I didn’t even bother arguing with them or staying for the rest of our stay and moving rooms.

Schönes modernes Zimmer. Die Zeit BIS 11 Uhr und AB 16 Uhr war traumhaft schön am Strand. Dazwischen empfehlen wir den Pool! Sehr sauber, perfekt zum relaxen und runterkommen.

Roligt ophold

Kort ophold på to nætter. Vi havde et værelse med højt til loftet og et fint badeværelse, samt terrasse ud til stranden. Der er køkkenting til to personer. Vi ville ønske vi havde handlet mad inden vi kom til øen da udvalget i de små minimarkeder ikke er så store (forståeligt nok). Der ligger nogle rigtig gode restauranter (3 stk.) på øen, som serverer fra morgen til aften.

Beyond Amazing

Our stay was brilliant, we loved the peacefulness and friendly people on Pserimos and the sea view apartment was fantastic. Right on the beach with a lovely patio, table and chairs and sun beds. It had a little kitchen with kettle and hob, great ensuite & very comfy beds. We had a great patio and stunning sea view right on the beach level. Was just lovely & we can't wait to return. Mini market had basic supplies and tavernas were just steps away.

Poteva andare meglio.....

La camera che ci hanno assegnato era carina ma ma con solo una finestrina posta in un angolo in alto,la porta d'ingresso dava direttamente su un vicolo dove non si poteva neanche mettere gli asciugamani o i costumi ad asciugare perché di passaggio e comunque non c'era neanche uno stendino.....ci è stato spiegato che quelle erano le caratteristiche della camera standard.La prossima volta staremo più attenti a leggere i sevizi inclusi.
