While it is a cheap option with easy access to the heart of Berlin it is not located in the best part of town. Had I been with different company that wouldn't have been much issue but in this case it was. It's good for a stay where you spend most of your time exploring Berlin.

It’s not a Motel it’s a Hostel. The pictures on the website are misleading, it’s very old and tired and needs a refurb urgently! Both overhead showers didn’t work properly, blocked with limescale. Front garden area was shockingly run down and tatty. Old breeze blocks for walls which weren’t cemented and the furniture is broken and full of holes and cracks (health and safety risk. We had to ask for extra hangers as there was only 3 in the wardrobe. We asked for a remote for the Tv on arrival and it still hadn’t appeared on our departure six days later! The WiFi is non existent so we had to use our data. However the kitchen was adequate and all the staff were amazing!

The room was filthy and in poor condition (floor broken). Bed and bed sheets clearly dirty with stains. We checked out after one night and claimed a re-fund, but none given and no communiccation ftom the staff. Don’t go there.

Fint værelse, men med et vindue lige op til en brostensvej....så får man ikke sovet meget, hvis du ikke har ørepropper med. Det var super irriterende, eftersom vi var der ifm arbejde og havde brug for det lidt sov vi fik. Men ellers ligger det fint, er billigt og der er fælles-køkken. Men vær klar på kraftig Istanbul duft, lys, farver. Det er kun til unge mennesker og dem der bare skal have en billig overnatning NeuKölln er et super fedt område og det er nemt at kommer rundt i Berlin fra NeuKölln U-bahn og S-bahn, som ligger 2-4 min væk.

Schlechtester Hotel in dem ich war. In der Nacht ist mein Bett kaputt gegangen da niemand an der Rezeption steht konnte ich niemanden Bescheid geben danach hieß es ich wäre schuld das das Bett kaputt ist Personal war sehr unfreundlich.
