This is a nice hotel located right on the central square of Ruse. I appreciated it's location a lot. I was able to walk to everywhere in the city that I wanted to go. Even the Danube river is just a short walk away. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This seemed to be the best hotel in town. It's certainly the best located hotel in town. Highly recommended.

4/10 Fair

The hotel is situated in an unbeatable center of town, has been recently renovated and is considered the best. Yet, the person at reception charged me for hotel parking, while I parked in a free street spot and refused to refund me. That left a bitter taste in my mouth upon leaving. The carpet on the floor is stained and looks terrible.

2/10 Poor

Horrible experience

So... Honestly, not entirely sure where to start from. The building is completely outdated, perhaps from communist time. Elevator barely fits two people. One of my rides with it, the electricity shut down, so I was trapped for a good 5 minutes. Food is mediocre and far from the best restaurants in the city. Parking is a complete mess. No parking outside and to get to the inside parking, often you have to wait for about 10 minutes, till someone opens the gate. The rooms are alright, if priced different. The staff is not bad, except the front desk woman, who obviously have no customer service experience. Definitely not going back there.

Sehrin merkezinde konfordan uzak

Ruscuk sehrini baz aldigimizda belki en iyi 3 5 otelden biri olabilir ama korona tedbirleri yok denecek kadar azdi, temizlik iyi degildi, yataklar inanilmaz kotuydu ama sehein gobeginde olmasi orta puan verneme neden oldu
