Mesmo que no Hotel já tenha cobertores, seria bom ter também um Edredom. Algumas pessoas não passam bem só com ar condicionado. E ao chegar no Hotel o atendente questionou que a diária tinha sido para um Casal Adulto e mais duas crianças. Mesmo eu tendo informado da minha negociação ele demonstrou que duvidou. Em casos assim faltou treinamento por parte do atendente. Pois ele deveria primeiramente, me informar que iria checar com a empresa terceira, ou com a gerência e depois(no outro dia) me passaria um retorno, pois já era quase meia noite e minha filha de 5 anos estava muito cansada e dormindo. De qualquer forma, busquei todas as informações com o Hotel.com e eu estava certo.
