A perfectly fine budget tourist hotel. Breakfast can be really busy with quite limited options, but the hotel is well located with the metro right outside and Gare de Lyon very walkable. The bedrooms very comfortable and quiet although air conditioning is quite poor. I’d stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we had questions. The bar wasn’t open long enough however I understand that when there are not a lot of guests in the hotel, they need to adjust. Very convenient for the underground transportation, as well as walking, Ubers and so many dining options. Great location-we loved it.

Basic room. Need of refurbishment. Shower very outdated not as detailed in pictures. Next door which we didn’t know is an arena, very busy and noisy. Lovely staff, room was clean. No coffee making facilities in room and Starbucks machine downstairs out of order, fresh breakfast. If your looking for somewhere just to lay your head it’s ok, if your looking for a bit more to your room, stay elsewhere.

Stay away if you like standard clean rooms. Our room had mold, so much mold! In the shower and around the windows. This hotel needs to close down. The breakfast was ok, but no plates so we had to use napkins. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for what we were planning on doing. But the dirty, nasty rooms totally ruined the stay. Disgusting!!

My wife stayed here for five nights while attending the Youssou N'Dour concert. At over $1,388, the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were much smaller than advertised, the corridors were damp and smelly, and the reception area was dated and poorly maintained. The air conditioning wasn't working, and staff simply advised opening the windows rather than arranging repairs, despite the traffic noise and exhaust fumes outside. Although the room was reasonably clean and towels were changed, the bedsheets appeared not to have been replaced throughout the stay. Breakfast was poor, with watery eggs, limited choices and supposedly hot food served cold. Customer service was disappointing, particularly the lack of effort to resolve complaints. The location near the arena is convenient, but certainly not worth the price. We would rather stay elsewhere in Paris and commute next time. Definitely would not recommend. My rating: 9.7/10 for a Hotels.com review. It is concise, factual, firm and gives prospective guests the information they need without unnecessary detail.
