4/10 Fair

The hotel is very clean, and its location is excellent, especially for access to the station. However, I was disappointed with my room. It was on the -1 floor and had floor-to-ceiling cream tiles, which made it feel more like a dungeon than a hotel room. Unfortunately, this really took away from the overall experience.

Everything was amazing. I can't think of anything that wasn't. Great room, great breakfast, great staff.

8/10 Very good

Really well-located hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Quite basic in terms of hotel facilities and the breakfast offering, and although well intentioned, sometimes things we requested were forgotten about due to the business of reception at times. However, I would stay there again if required as it was perfectly located for both travel and things to do and eat.
