Wonderful clean hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was excellent. The room was amazing quality and toiletries and fruit bowl refreshed every day. Free pass for the elevator was super useful. Next time we will go for a room with outside space or a view as I think this would have made it even better. Really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return.

Amazing stay

Spent two nights here while visiting Salzburg: this was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. From check in through the end of our stay, the service was impeccable. Room was amazing - we were second from the top with a 270 degree view of the city. We had a multi-course meal at The Glass Garden and an informal dinner the next night in their restaurant/bar: excellent wine and drink selection, exceptional food, and again wonderful service. The pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful, and we enjoyed that area twice. Short 10 minute walk gets you to an elevator that takes you right down to town. Perfect home base for a classy Salzburg adventure!

First of all the staff was amazing and so attentive to every detail and need. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything you could possible want down to heated towel rack. Literally everything was perfect. Stayed in tower room #35 and it was amazing. The Glass Garden restaurant was impeccable and well deserving of its Michelin status. Breakfast was delicious. Every single member of the staff was polite, friendly, over-the-top helpful and welcoming. Our only regret is we could not stay longer.
