While the staff was nice and the hotel is overall good, it seems like management may not be investing in it so strongly. I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities in the room: no fridge, kettle, ironing board, coffee, etc. overall, still okay given affordable but not up to par with my usual Moxy

Located in an undesirable area of town. Parking is tight and awkward as were the doors and elevators getting from the parking garage. Some of the staff were nice and helpful while others reacted to any question or request like you were impositioning them. The breakfast is just average a far better can be found right at the corner at La Femme. While Marriott tags their badge on this property, it certainly is not representative of their norm.
